Author Pens Part 1 of a fictional yet factual book series that combines Christian themes and history

First, I thank the Lord for giving me the desire to just sit down and put my thoughts down on paper.

When asked what inspired the author to write this book, Trapp said: But he has two things that I am passionate about. Fictional literary and historical truth. In other words, I wanted to write a book, or series of books, that was Christian-challenging, fictional in structure, and true to fact. “

Larry Trapp was born in California and has spent his life outside of serving in the U.S. Army less than 50 miles from his native Bakersfield. Trapp holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from a master’s degree university in Santa Clarita, California. He earned a master’s degree in education from Ashford College while he taught at his School of Oak in his hometown of Tehachapi for 22 years. Classics Teaching at his Christian school allowed Trapp to teach both literature and history along with the Bible.

Trapp felt a desire to write, so he followed this endeavor and became a writer. In doing so, he spent a great deal of time formulating and planning the Harlin Saga trilogy.Trap’s passion is reading literature and history along with music. He also enjoys playing electric bass guitar on his church worship team. He also played bass guitar in a semi-professional contemporary He Christian band called ‘Secondwind’. The band released his three albums with many original songs written by Trapp or his brother.
