Amazing and Inspiring Jennifer Musumba • St. Pete Catalyst

Tonight (Thursday, August 11th) we have a musical experience like no other at thestudio@620.

This is a concert performance by Hardy County musician (guitar and piano player, singer and songwriter), filmmaker, videographer and storyteller Jennifer Musumba.

The 45-year-old from Florida is a member of American Mensa. She has a very high IQ.

Musumba also happens to be autistic.

“I was once a seed. say.

“I wanted to break through and soak up the sun. But it just wasn’t my time yet.

“So I waited. And like the seed, when the right factors came into play, I made a breakthrough.”

“I replanted it at the new facility. In this new place, I was able to grow. I cultivated my talent. I was surrounded by music and learned new skills… such as how to create vlogs like video diaries. what the whole world is watching. ”

Charming, humorous and bubbly, Musumba is bright and positive and her music and short films are as inspiring as her personality.

Saint Petersburg Arts Alliance Monthly Reminder Second Saturday Art Walk, Open House at 40 St. Pete’s Art Studio and Gallery (Saturday 5-9pm). The white ArtWalk trolley departs at 5:00 at the Craftsman House Gallery at 2955 Central Avenue and continues its loop until the end of the night. You can also walk or drive if you feel like it.
